The SoCal Station Fire is only 5% contained and hundreds of firefighters are working in awful conditions to save lives and homes.
Two firefighters have died; their vehicle crashed. The historic Mt.Wilson observatory is threatened, not to mention 12,000 homes.
I'm here visiting family and watching flames race down the ridges...it is scary.
Please pray for the brave firefighters and for the people who can only stand helplessly and hope their homes will escape damage.

Praying for all involved in these fires! Do be careful, Nancy! I know you are...but you know how sometimes it just helps to say that when you're worried! May Our Lord assist these dear firefighters and be with their families and all the families affected by this fire!
