My dh is leaving in 3 weeks and will be gone for 6 months. Our list of things to do before he leaves is far longer than the amount of time we have to do it in. That means that I'll need to take care of much of it after he goes. And my psoriasis just flared up again- probably as a result of all the stress I'm under.
Eek. I'm whining. Would you mind sending up a prayer for me?

Praying with total empathy and understanding (even the psoriasis!).
Please set aside one evening for a "date night." Even if the list isn't finished.
Expect to argue a lot right before he leaves. (Normal.)
Expect to feel very numb right after he leaves.
Expect to feel yourself buoyed up at unexpected moments, just knowing your 4Real friends are praying for you!

Praying that God will give you peace to see you through. You are the Mama Warrior on the home front. I would advise you to take plenty of vitamin Ch
(that is chocolate at my house) and schedule lots of down time.
