I am sicker than a dog (praise God I'm pregnant!) and my kids are bouncing off the walls (praise God they're healthy!) but can't play outside since we're getting pounded by the remnants of a tropical storm (praise God it's not a hurricane anymore!) and my DH can't help because he's dealing with lots of big projects needing extra time at work (praise God he has a job!) so my incredibly helpful mother is flying over to help out (PRAISE GOD FOR MOTHERS!)
as I was pondering all this, and praying over the intentions here that are way more serious than my own issues of the moment, I started thinking about all the underlying things we have to be thankful for. so I just wanted to say: praise God for all the LIFE represented here, in all its chaos and even, sometimes, pain ... praise God for all these families, husbands, helpers, every precious child and — especially — every single one of you!

I am praying for you!! and thank you for the perspective check. Life is messy, isn't it. Great that God inspired men to make brooms, soap, rags and mops !!  What a way to create a clean spiritual life!
...now THAT is something I can really relate to!!
