Dear all,
I would ask for your prayers over the next week please.
We are hopefully having a prospective buyer coming to look at the house on the weekend or monday.
Please pray that he DOES com, that he loves the house and wants to buy it and that it will be within a price range we can sell it for.
and that this would happen quickly

Just an update:
As of this morning our buyer has not come. 
He was visiting interstate for the 'football' and was coming to see our house as well.
Well; he could not fit it into his schedule and did not comeat all.
Supposedly he is sending his son to come and have a look but we do not know when.
So we have been on tenterhooks all weekend expecting this person any time and it wan't untill Stephen rang the real estate agent about 11 am that we knew he wasn't coming at all. 
I would beg of you all to keep us in your prayers still and that the son will show up soon and that will lead to the sale of our house.
