Hello ladies,
I haven't been on the computer as much as usual since Advent... I'm asking you to pray that I may discern God's will in my life right now... that my spiritual director may guide me in the right direction... He is a very holy Priest who prays and preaches and sacrifices for the good of families, who spreads NFP, and talks at the pro-life conference every year in Chicago and he has told me that I don't have to stay in my marriage... he sent me to a very good Catholic counselor named Dan Jurek and he also told me that my marriage is one that can be easily annulled. I want to do what's best for my children and I would be so at peace to do this, but I don't want to lay aside a cross that perhaps God is asking me to carry to the very end. I want to do the most perfect thing. Thank you so much for your time.

Robin, I know things have been very difficult for you over the years, and I have kept you in my prayers. And, I will now, too. I wanted to say that I think it is so right, that you are putting God first in this difficult situation...........I really think you have the perfect thought ( your quote above)
Saint Joseph, pray for us. We will add you to our daily Saint Joseph Litany.
You are on happyisthehusband, right? Would you like to send a prayer request there, too?
hhmmm......I am starting, on January 24th, a rosary novena, for husbands........you may join me if you feel up to it. I will still add your intentions. I am starting it on that day so it ends in time for Saint Joseph's feast day in March.

I will be praying for you. I am sorry for your marriage to be such a cross for you to have to bear.
I have to add also I love love love St. Catherine of Siena so your tagline is such a beautiful witness.

Praying for your discernment of God's will, Robin. You seem to have excellent spiritual counsel. Listen to your priest with obedience. I am no theologian, but I believe God wishes us to have joy and to have it in abundance.
