I hate to be asking for prayers again, but my ds (who is 16) went off biking with his Explorer Troop (older scouts in the UK). They left this evening and will be home sometime Sunday afternoon. Now I know they are all experienced and they have good leadership, they are well planned and of course, he went through his kit list before he left, but ...

...he has never been away from home without dh or me except once (and that was scout camp 5 years ago back home). So while I need prayers for their safety and a fun trip, I really need prayers for me!

Praying - nothing like worry of our children. When I get nervous I just kept repeating the Guardian angel prayer and sending my angle along too - though I'm probably the one who needs help more.
