I just found out that a friend's baby (Seth) was taken to Children's Hospital today and is in intensive care with bacterial meningitis. He's 2 mos. old and is the son of a homeschooling family. Thanks in advance for storming heaven!!

Baby Seth is still in very serious condition but is not going to die. He will be at Children's for 7-10 days (from Sat.). His form of bacterial meningitis is not HIB, but HIA, which someone who's talked with the family says may be a 1st for CO. Thanks be to God for sparing Seth's life. Thank you so much for your prayers.

Gwen -- praying here. We had a scare like this when we were in Austria; the funny thing was my SIL heard about it from this side of the pond becuase the grandparents homeshcooled and so Heaven was stormed from Austria all the way across to the US! It was amazing!
Please keep us posted about this wee one....
