Ladies could I ask you to please send some prayers regarding our areas local Marian conference . I recieved the reg. again for this fall and although I love this conference I have to say I am so disappointed in the line up of presenters . for the second yr in a row there are 12 presenters and all are men ! 3 yrs ago there was only one woman speaking . I am so disappointed with Our Lady's role as mother and for young women out there that a conference dedicated to the woman most closet to Our Lord they have not once again invited any female authors or speakers etc. so many great nuns , home school mums , women of grace and prolife women out there . Also not one catholic aboriginal person speaking with this being Canada and our home province is one of the largest aboriginal communities well I'm going to start praying for some conversion , rather then just complain and also now with this being the second yr I am going to ph. the main office and just give a suugestion for the next yr. We have an awesome sister out of Thunderbay ON who travels the country visiting aboriginal parishes etc. why they would not invite people like her .
