I know this is so minor compared to other prayer requests, but I am feeling so blue this afternoon/evening and would love any quick prayers anyone would like to offer. I'm exhausted--my "new baby" adrenaline has run out, I'm afraid, and I'm feeling very overwhelmed today. And I have an issue with one of my children that has surfaced in the last two days that has me upset and questioning whether I've made proper parenting decisions in recent months. Too complicated to explain. I feel silly even posting this except that I know you all will understand. Thank so much!

I'm sorry, Molly, you are having one of those days....we have all certainly been there and I am glad you came here where we can give you prayer support...offering up an Ave right now....rest....drink plenty of water....Naps should be madatory therapy, like bedrest is when we have pregnancy problems....we wouldn't think twice about getting into bed when our baby's life is threatened....but when our own bodies are pushed to the limit, we ignore and ignore...NOW..I am not saying that is what YOU did .....I just know what I do postpartum
Rest...pray...breath deep....

Praying, Molly! I always found that 4-6 week range SO hard for the reasons you mentioned and then some. I think I remember my OB telling me there's a big hormonal shift then? I can't quite remember. I hope you can get some rest (mental and physical) and rejuvenation.
