Please keep our daughter Anna in your prayers. It's so difficult being 19, going to college and not being sure of what God wants you to do. Is she majoring in the right field, is she transferring to the right school, and many other issues kids her age go through right now? I got married at 19 and we had her a year later. I didn't go through these tough issues and I'm not sure what to say to her except that we're praying for her and we support her in whatever she chooses to do. She is such a good girl and I feel awful that I can't help her.
Thank you so much for your prayers. I want you to know that I pray the 5 Glorious mysteries of the Rosary every morning for the intentions of everyone here on this board. Like Mary G said in another thread, "We are a family." God bless you!

It's so hard when all you can do is watch and pray! She is such a lovely young woman. I am sure she will excel no matter what she decides! We will definitely pray for her!

Praying for your daughter, Ruth. The most any of us can do is to live life one day at a time, praying that God will show us the way He wants us to go. But, boy, is that hard to do!

Praying here too. I have an almost 19 year old dd trying to figure out what to do too. It is such a difficult age with a difficult culture.

Praying daily for all the Tuckers! 
It is wonderful she can talk to you about her thoughts and feelings. Many mothers may not have the same experiences as their daughters but be willing and able to listen and pray is the best you can do for any child.
God will lead her to the right place/path. If she is anything like me, God will lead her there through crooked paths and uphill climbs. 
Don't fret. God is good!

Praying a Rosary for Anna!
This IS a difficult time in her life. I remember being 19 myself! My biggest challenge was doing what I wanted to do vs. what I thought everybody else wanted me to do! Looking back, I wish I had spent time in front of the Blessed Sacrament, put out the question and just .. listened.
You are such a devoted mother Ruth, asking prayers for your daughter!

Oh Ruth, been there too. I will keep you and your lovely daughter in my prayers. It's so tough isn't it when we feel helpless. Aside from praying for her, hug her alot, that's my best advice and what I am currently doing for our highschool graduate with mixed emotion about living here and older siblings elsewhere and wondering what to do with his future. So hard! :-)
