My 8yo's baby tooth was pulled last year but the permanent tooth hasn't come in. The current x-ray shows that the root hasn't formed and the tooth that is there is WAY up there and is dens-en-dente (roughly tooth in tooth). It may or may not ever form a root and come down and if it does come down it may or may not need to be fixed. I know, in the whole scheme of things, this is MINOR... but I'm still worrying and would appreciate any prayers if you feel led to pray... either for his tooth, or for my peace of mind
