We just signed a contract on our house in Colorado! It's less than we paid, but slightly more than we owe so God is good! Please pray in thanksgiving for this contract and also please pray that all works so that we may close the book on this house on May 11th (the monday after Mother's Day!).
THANKS so much for all your prayers ... the Blessed Mother, St. Joseph, and Servant of God JPthe Great have been phenomenal!

Oh, Mary...I could not wait...I had to come over and say WOOOOOOHOOOOO !!!!!  This has been such a long time coming!!!!!!!
What an answer to prayers!
I'll continue my prayers that this contract goes through smoothly all the way to closing day!
