Please keep my husband, Bo, in your prayers as he discerns a possible job change. We have been struggling for so long, but we are on the verge of losing our home and a change must be made.
He has a job offer, but it would mean he would be an independent contractor. There are many concerns, but what we have now is just not working.

DH went in this AM to quit his job, and was offered the opportunity to continue as a part-time employee. This would mean that we would not lose employee benefits, and DH would have the opportunity to see if this new position will be a good fit. Since the new job is in the evenings, he will continue to run morning/afternoon calls for Original company and see how New Company works out.
This is actually the best possible outcome for us right now, as it has the least risk with the potential for enough income to meet our bills.
It means long, long days for DH -- but it appears to be the most prudent path.
