Would you please remember my dh Ed on Friday? His MRI was reviewed by the neurosurgeon at Craig Rehab Hospital and the doc has some more questions. Ed has to have a CT of his spine done at our local hospital with dye injected by the radiologist directly into his spine. Sounds awful. Then he'll have to lie still for 4 hours or so, hoping to avoid a spinal headache.

Thank you SO MUCH for your prayers and encouraging notes. The prayers were certainly effective, as Ed described some discomfort but not real pain. I'm so relieved!! His BP was up for a few hours afterwards, but he's ok now. We learned one thing--the dye they inject into spines is not something you want to mix with glucophage for diabetes. Poor guy has to be on insulin for a few days to protect his kidneys. But no spinal headache and no back pain, thank God!!!!! Now we wait to see if he's a candidate for spinal surgery.
The prayers of the families on this list are POWERFUL!!!!!
