I have a cousin I grew up with, scheduled for a caesarian tomorrow. The doctors are not doing an epidural but another procedure that has some risks attached to it...I'm not sure why but she (Julie) is very nervous. She is very big and exhausted...her part of the world has just gone through the worst heat wave in a century..
