Hey Families,

I was contacted privately by someone on the boards who is in need of prayers.

She'll be going to the hospital soon for an EKG.

Please keep her in your prayers.

UPDATE #1: This member was unable to have her EKG done - kids are sick with the chicken pox so that complicates matters a bit....

She does very much appreciate your prayers, however, and hopes to be able to attend to the EKG in the next couple of days....

I just got a message from this Mom - she's on her way to the ER - her left arm is going numb....

"I have had an EKG, CT scan of head, chest x-ray, and extensive blood work. Nothing seems immenetly life threatening, I chose to come home and take care of my sick kids.
I see my dr tomorrow at 1:00pm, perhaps he will have results and answers.

Ok, folks,

I spoke with her briefly and at her follow-up appt, the doctor determined that she had a dislocated rib which was pressing on the pericardial sac - isn't that amazing?

Anyway, she's seeing a chiropractor to place the rib and they aren't sure how she got a dislocated rib as she hasn't taken a fall....but she's grateful for all the prayers and relieved at this new info....
