Please pray that our housing situation improves. We had our car stolen by our next door neighbor last week and it was totaled. 3 of the six teens involved are in jail. But out neighbor is not. We had minimum insurance - so we are out a car and even had to pay to tow it! The young adults living there are gang members and over Christmas tried to sell drugs to my teens twice. Not to mention the loud music and drunken parties at all hours. We have only been in the house a year. We can't afford to move right now. DH is going to get a second job and I am going to see if the homeowners association can do something. The police have been really helpful but they said in this city the jails are so full - convicted felons are getting probation instead of jail time. Thanks for your prayers for our safety and for my DH who feels that he is not doing a good job protecting his family. Also, prayers for me as I just found out I am expecting - so I am more emotional than usual. Sorry for the long post.
