Can I asker for a three-fold of prayers?
1. DD19 went thru the procedure well, and although she is in some discomfort, it isn't too bad - we did have a scare today with some blood clots, but all seems to be okay. They use sound waves to break up the kidney stones - and she is all bruised up from it. (This really surprised me. I hadn't realized that would happen. DH says that it is "vibro-acoustic trauma" - his techie side was showing...) She goes for a follow-up in a few days, and hopefully when we send her back to college on the 11th she will finally not be in constant pain (and she is really hoping to be able to get back on drumline, too, she hasn't been able to do that and misses it...)
2. We got an offer on our house in Phx. It is for about 80K less than what we owe (and we were NOT one of the people who re-fi'd during the craze. Prices have just plummeted that low. I could cry. Our credit is going to be so, so, so messed up - but paying two mortgages just isn't working.) I am not even sure what I am asking for here. Not to buckle under the stress maybe?
3. We would really like to find a different house to rent here - and I just realized our lease is up in March. I had not realized that it was only like 12 or so weeks away. We would like to move for many and varied reasons. I am trying to figure out how to do this both logistically and financially. No fun.

many many prayers for you, and for your dd, too.
this might sound depressing, but my prayer for you is that you can just sell off your other home. from what we have heard and learned, things most likely are going to get worse with housing.

I'm praying for all of your intentions, Laura.
Praying that healing and comfort will be granted to your dd and her suffering with kidney stones is over, and praying as well for the financial and practical concerns surrounding your houses! That would be soooo much stress for me! Try to relax and remember that God is in control of all of these situations and is working to bring the good out of them for your family.
I'm asking St. Joseph to intercede for your family in a special way so that your house sells and you can be at peace with whatever the outcome is there, and that all works out smoothly for you to find a more suitable rental property.  Hang in there, Laura! Prayers coming!

Praying for your daughter to heal quickly and be able to return to her normal life. Also praying for resolution with the situation regarding both of your homes. This is such a difficult time with the housing market. Praying to St. Joseph for you!
