My dh and I were in court all morning due to a neighborhood dispute - but the morning session ran out and we have to go back tomorrow. This is a small claims case that we have appeared for 3 times now since October!

The actual issue is not really a big deal but this has been a major drain on my energy, nerves, and time. I have so much to do but I am on empty.

I am praying for a swift resolution tomorrow morning.

I just wanted to thank you for prayers and apologize for not updating sooner.

My prayers were answered in that dh and I were able to leave the courthouse by 10:30am and enjoy the Holy Days without this looming...however...the judge choose not to render a decision - we will hear something in the mail.

There will always be a special place in my heart for prayers for anyone who has to go to court for any reason. This really was a pretty insignificant matter in the grand scheme of things - I can't imagine what some people go through!
