Please pray for the repose of the soul of Paul Weyrich, one of the founders of the modern conservative movement in American politics. He passed away early this morning. He was my husband's boss and mentor for over a dozen years at The Free Congress Foundation. He was a faithful Catholic and deacon in the Melchite rite. He leaves behind a wife, five grown children, and many grandchildren, so please pray for them too.

May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

I think I had heard his name, but did not know exactly who he was. Will pray for his soul and his family.
