Our house is officially sold title has transfered, our money is in the bank

Ok we still need a little prayer that all of the utility pay offs go smoothly we have been having issues with the gas and water who can't seem to understand that empty houses don't use them

12-5 Gas and electric went smoothly water well almost $900 because after 16 years they changed where they read it...inside versus remote read it didn't match when we bought the place I doubt they'll believe me though

not sure what is going to happen ...can't get blood from a turnip

We faxed them a letter stating our case yesterday the woman I talked to said we might stand a chance because they have no record of ever reading the inside meter so we just keep praying and trying to figure out where the money will come from...Thanks Annie
