I am taking Sarah into the doctor today at 3:30 PST......because she has had abdominal pain for four days...... 
she thought is was cramps.........I was pretty sure it wasn't..........and after 4 days.........she can't do anything because of the pain...... (she is NOT doubled over.......I would not let that go more than a day!  )
since I am about to go out of town tomorrow..........I thought I would have MY doctor see her.......instead of some strange doctor in a strange place.........in an emergency.
Her pain is right-sided, mostly.........
she will probably have a blood test........possibly a CT scan (can anyone say ca-ching, ca-ching???  )
hopefully no surgery????
anyway........please pray for her to be at peace........she is my one with the congenital heart defect, so the only one with poke and hospital experience.............so, she KNOWS what to be afraid of....plus, whe is my one to worry about things anyway
gotta get all of this done before my childbirth class tonight! eek!

OH, one more thing.........
when the doctor heard I was on the phone......he asked me to stop by his house to help a young girl, who is 6 days postpartum with breastfeeding help
poor thing.....her baby came 5 weeks early........when she was in town here for a family wedding! she was supposed to deliver in Texas......and her water broke on the plane!
anyway........she was our main babysitter, back when we needed a babysitter........and she has grown up and had her own baby.....it must be hard for her to be totally out of her element.
I know she will feel modest about me coming over....pray I can help her.....or that she will let me find help for her, if she needs it!

More prayers here,too. I try to pray before I try to help a mom with breastfeeding, also. Specifically intercessory ones to Our Lady of La Leche.

Thank you, Mary........and all others who prayed......
the visit to the mom went very well.....and I was able to help her........this couple is old enough to be married and have children........but they are such innocents........very sweet...but will need some support......very YOUNG for their ages
so, continued prayers would be great! they have NO family in Texas, poor things!
as for Sarah.............she said to tell you all "thank you for the prayers........they really helped!"
ever since I posted the prayer request.....she has steadily improved......which she had NOT the last four days at all........and when I got home from my childbirth class tonight.........she was positively beaming and busy.......something she has not done for 4 days, either....pray this continues and resolves by morning!!
as long as I am here..........please pray for our travels over this week........I am taking a class on the coast......and seeing my 84 yo grandmother........PLEASE PRAY the kids and I do not break anything!! we always break SOMETHING when we visit her......
and my uncle is not very nice about it....

I desperately NEED boring!! 
this was not a planned trip......it just happened to me
