Hi Ladies
I am just asking for prayer as I am fairly sure that I miscarried our 4th child over the weekend. There is a chance that I wasn't pregnant after all and had a false positive on my pregnancy test (which is entirely possible but I will spare the details), but many other factors tell me otherwise. I was out of town (thankfully at a Kimberly Hahn conference in Steubenville!) when it all happened so I don't know if I'll know for sure what happened. My husband had a strong indication during his Holy Hour a couple of weeks ago that this was our first son, he needs prayers in particular as he is very sad about it.
I am just praying for peace and that maybe somehow God might reveal to me whether I do have little one in Heaven with Him.

I am so sorry, Could you go get a blood test and another one a day later to check your levels? They would be dropping with each day, Lifting you in prayer.

Oh, Andrea, I'm so sorry for your loss. I believe I've heard that those pregnancy tests can give a false negative, but rarely give a false positive. If the test clearly indicated a positive pregnancy, chances are you do have a little saint before the throne of God. I'm asking your precious saint to intercede for his mom and dad and sisters.
One day in heaven all these questions will be answered for us...until then we must trust in God's mercy. I'm praying for you.

I have also heard the same things as Jennifer. False negatives are usually the way they go, not false positives. Praying for you and your husband!

Andrea, so very sorry. take care of yourself. ask for a blood test to make sure. are you close to Dr Anselmi? I am sure he could squeeze you in.
