I just learned this morning that my good friend from college, Julie, had her second miscarriage (they have a 2 year old boy), and the doctor perforated her uterus during the D&C. She is stable now, but I know she would appreciate prayers.

She is the third friend to miscarriage this past month. Another friend went in for an ultrasound at 15 weeks only to find no baby! I don't know the correct terminology for this, something molar, but she is struggling greatly with it all.

Maybe a prayer for me as well that I will know what to say and how to offer comfort to these women...it is difficult to be the pregnant one at times like this....
