Yep, we still haven't sold the house in Denver! We just repriced it $20K less than we paid 2 years ago and hope that will spur the offers ...
PLEASE pray for the house to sell -- it's tough enough working for the Catholic church without having to pay 1 mortgage + 1 lease = DOUBLE mortgage payments! We will lease it if we have to, but not sure we could get the amount necessary to cover the mortgage ...
But, God's will as in everything ....
And anyone who knows someone moving to Denver ... have we got a house for them!
