Would you please continue to pray for our adoption process. Our paperwork is supposed to be signed this week (as it was last week and the week before). Once we are through this round of paperwork we should be about 5 to 6 weeks from bringing our children home from Haiti. Please pray for our girls as this process is beginning to take it's toll on them. We are very blessed in everyway and they know that - just the rollercoaster of emotions is beginning to wear on them.
Also please pray that God will either clearly open or close the door on adopting another little boy. The possibility exists but there is a lot in question at this time.
Thank you all. I know the added prayers of this community will do wonders.

Praying unceasingly for you and your family. We are doing the paperwork and gathering signatures also. I call it labor for the adoptive mom. Not fun....but neccesary.

Marybeth - we will keep your family in our prayers that your adoption goes well. I cannot say ours has not gone well - just that due to the political situation in Haiti - signatures we should have had in April are just coming now. It is frustrating to know that our children are just there waiting. But we have committed it to God's hands and His timing.

Yes, I agree - it is an adoptive mothers labor. It is certainly making the 36 hour labor with my second daughter look like nothing.
