I'm in the UGH phase of pregnancy. I'm sick all day. Nothing I eat agrees with me. If I don't eat, I throw up. If I eat, I throw up. DH is away and won't be back 'til the 5th. My 2 oldest help out a lot but I know it's hard on them as well. The 9-yo and 6-yo are helping too but there's only so much they can do. I'm hesitant to ask for prayers because I'm trying to just offer it all up, but just for tonight I could use a few. Thanks.

oh stef, praying for you. no fun. I also know the emotions of having older kids who are great "helpers" and yet feeling like I did not want to stress them out too much, dh out of town, etc.. during very sick pregnancies.  It is a bonding time, eh??

Stef, my friend.........you have my prayers.....and the offerings of my little crosses are for you, and Jennifer.......and Elizabeth.......and who ever else is feeling puny due to pregnancy!
I KNOW you all KNOW...this is what it is all about: yesterday I was nurse at a beautiful birth.....the mom was beautiful......the babe is beautiful....the daddy......the family....and, she has LOTS of aunts and uncles, five of which were present......as the mom is the 6th of nine children! I am SO excited for you all. I do not cry at many births.......but these aunties were bawling with such happy emotion that even the respiratory therapist and I were getting weepy.
Praying you to the day of your beautiful, happy birth.

Many thanks, everyone. It felt like a miracle last night when I was able to get up about 30 minutes after posting my request. I was actually able to heat up food and EAT with my youngsters! Thank you SOOOO much. I am also feeling much better this morning.
Praying for those of you going through this with me :) -- misery loves company :D
