My father is having Laser Iridotomy tomorrow (to prevent narrow angle glaucoma). It is "minor," but prayers are still appreciated. 
Not minor: One of my dear friends has Tetralogy of Fallot and will have her third open heart surgery tomorrow. They already know that, even if all goes perfectly, it won't be her last surgery. Please pray for her, her doctors, and her family. She has two small children.

Thank you, ladies!
My father's surgery went well. His liver transplant always complicates everything, and he has a cold now too, but the swelling in his eye is almost gone. He is having the other eye done on May 22nd.
My friend's surgery also went very well. She is walking some now but is still in a lot of pain. She is an incredible lady, with so much faith and determination. She is an awesome witness to how God works in our lives. Please continue to pray for her so that she can come home soon. (Right now she's in a hospital 1 1/2 hours away from home and her young children.)
