Praying for all 4Real moms who are due in February. Please post a note/reminder here if you are due this month.
Prayer to Gianna Molla
God our Father we praise You and we bless you because in St Gianna Beretta Molla you have given us one who witnessed to the Gospel as a young woman, as a wife, as a mother, and as a doctor. We thank you because through the gift of her life we can learn to welcome and honor every human person.
You, Lord Jesus, were for Gianna a splendid example.
She learned to recognize you in the beauty of nature.
As she was questioning her choice of vocation she went
in search of you and the best way to serve you.
Through her married love she became a sign of
your love for the Church and for humanity.
Like you, the Good Samaritan, she cared for everyone
who was sick, small or weak. Following your example,
out of love she gave herself entirely,
generating new life.
Holy Spirit, Source of every perfection, give us wisdom, intelligence, and courage so that, following the example of Saint Gianna and through her intercession, we may know how to place ourselves at the service of each person we meet in our personal, family and professional lives, and thus grow in love and holiness.

Our Lady of Guadalupe, according to your message in Mexico I venerate you as "the Virgin. Mother of the true God for whom we live, the Creator of all the world, Maker of heaven and earth." In spirit I kneel before your most holy Image which you miraculously imprinted upon the cloak of the Indian Juan Diego, and with the faith of the countless numbers of pilgrims who visit your shrine, I beg you for this favor: to be a generous, self-sacrificing, faithful Marian Catechist all the days of my life.
Remember, O Immaculate Virgin, the words you spoke to your devout client, "I am a merciful Mother to you and to all your people who love me and trust in me and invoke my help. I listen to their lamentations and solace all their sorrows and their sufferings." I beg you to be a merciful Mother to me, because I sincerely love you and trust in you and invoke your help. And you, my powerful intercessor, St. Gerard, always so ready to help those who have recourse to you, pray for me. Come before the throne of Divine Mercy and do not leave without being heard. To you I confide this important and urgent affair.... Graciously take my cause in hand and do not let me end this novena without having experienced in some way the effects of your intercession. Amen.
O good St. Gerard, powerful intercessor before the throne of God, wonder-worker of our day, I call upon you and seek your help. While on earth, you always fulfilled God's designs; help me, too, always do God's holy will. Beseech the master of life, from whom all parenthood proceeds, to bless me with offspring, that I may raise up children to God in this life and heirs to the kingdom of God's glory in the life to come.

I am due in Feb, but most likely will be taken early as it will be my fifth c-section. Prayers that the delivery goes well, that the baby does not come early (last baby came a month early), and that nursing goes well. And that the surgery is a success and I won't need a hysterectomy, or anything serious of that nature.

I will be praying for you!
I'm also due in Feb (only my 3rd c-section though) and my pregnancy is labeled "high risk" for several reasons- I lost my last at 17 weeks... praying for full-term, healthy babies all around!
On a side note, I just watched a lovely show about Gianna Molla on EWTN last week- don't know if it will play again but it would be worth looking for.

I'm not sure what happened, but I posted here earlier today and now it's gone.  I hope this doesn't mean I did something wrong. I would like to be included on this novena/prayers for those due in Feb.
My due date is Feb. 22 and I'm higher risk with complications already.

Just wanted to add Kelly's (Gratiae Ut Deus) original prayer request information back to this thread as she had originally posted it.

I found out that with my history of several surgical procedures on my uterus I am at a higher risk for complications like placenta acrecia. I'm an anxious mess now. I would appreciate all the prayers I can get. I have already been praying to Our Lady of LaLeche, St. Gerard and dear St.Anne

I am due on Feb. 22nd. It will be our fifth child, and my fifth c-section.
Please pray that this baby girl, named Sonja Therese, is born no earlier than 38 weeks, is healthy, and loves to nurse!
Also, that we steer clear of the flu going around. Much aniexty over that.
