Please pray for my sister. She has been in a terrible, destructive relationship for a long time, and today, the destruction has reached a level where authorities have become involved.  Please pray for my 1yo nephew, also. He is still young enough to not understand, but old enough to be scared and know we are all upset.
UPDATE: She is home, reunited with my nephew. My whole family is terribly shaken, stunned at how easily malice and lies can tear a life, a family, into pieces.
Thank you so very much for your prayers. They were more effective than you know. Things could have been so much worse for my dsis and dnephew, but they weren't, thanks be to God.
4-8-08 Although she is home, things could still go very badly for my sister. She has retained a lawyer, and her preliminary hearing is Tuesday, the 15th. We are praying her accuser (the gfriend of my sister's xh) will not show for the hearing and that the court will recognize the outrageousness of the allegations.
I cannot thank you all enough for your prayers.

Bethany, I am happy to read that she is home. She has been in my prayers daily. May the Lord work powerfully in this situation to bring healing for all so that your nephew will have a safe, happy environment to grow up in.
