for prayers for me. I have SO MANY commitments for the month of Feb, some of it good, some that I made year long commitment and so can't get out of yet, and worsening health issues that are compelling me to strike out once again and search around for the best "game plan" for me, whether it be alternative or Western medicine, changing Drs, adding Drs, (following what the first Drs suggested, etc).
I can't sleep at night because of horrible nose bleeds, and then anxiety about all that the next day holds keeps me awake.
I feel like I am not "being there" enough for two close friends due to deliver any day, plus other friends early pregnancy needs, etc. I know you can all relate. Please pray with me that I can offer each Minute up to God, and make the best use of my time and what I have been given to accomplish.
I just feel so scattered and fractioned, and it is hard for me to focus!
This is going to be a GOOD LENT, I just know it!

Lisa, I have been there. The year that one of our best friends was pregnant with our Godson, I was not there at all for her. I was so sleep deprived and over-committed. I could barely function. It was a hard Lent in which most of the "offering up" was chosen for me... I can definitely relate! Praying for guidance from the Holy Spirit on your health issues, and that you will have peace in knowing that there is only so much you can do. You can't be there for anyone else -- beginning with husband and children -- if you aren't healthy and rested.
