Dear Friends,
Please pray for my uncle, Thomas "Tuck" Breunig. He passed away over the weekend. We aren't sure yet when or how he died. Some of you may remember he had bladder cancer last year. He was doing really well and had not been feeling sick or anything. He and my dad talked on New Year's Day and all was well.
Tuck had a standing arrangement with an elderly neighbor lady to call each other each morning and if they couldn't reach the other two days in a row, they would send someone to check on them. When she couldn't reach him this morning, she sent either her son or the local pastor (we don't have all the details) and they found he had passed away.
Today is my Dad's birthday (he is the big brother) and he will be spending the day driving down to NC make arrangements.  It breaks my heart that I am not there for my Dad right now.
I don't know yet if I will be able to make it back east to attend the service, but I am praying that I will. We need more information on when and where first.
I am rambling, I apologize. Anyway, please pray for the repose of his soul and for my family in this difficult time.
