we received news today that a small mass she had removed from her knee last week was cancerous. she has an appt. with a specialist wed.

My mil has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. It seems to be in its early stages and she is otherwise healthy so the prognosis is very good. There is no evidence that it has spread anywhere other than the mass that was already removed, but she will undergo a bone marrow test to be sure and undergo chemo after the holidays. She is very positive and everyone seems to be at peace and full of faith. Your continued prayers are much appreciated.
