I humbly ask for your prayers as I struggle to discern what kind of help our extended family members need...and how much of the tangible kind my family should provide. Several family members are in need of everything from prayers to tuition payments. From the other end of the continent, I know I don't get the whole story. I find this all frustrating and really need to open my heart to God's will.

This really is a tough situation. You love and want to help, but, as you say, you don't have the whole story. It's easy to jump to all kinds of wrong conclusions. Praying for clarity in your discerning how to handle things.
