Please pray for my boys' godparents' baby girl (their first child). She was born Saturday night and is currently in the NICU. They believe she aspirated meconium, and they have not been able to get her breathing regularly. She also has a high fever and possibly pnuemonia.
The baby's name is Samantha Ann and her parents are Donnella & John.
Please also pray that the mom is able to pump and eventually breastfeed her baby. As of now, they haven't even been able to hold their baby.
thank you!! I read this board daily and pray for your intentions, but rarely post as I haven't figured out how to nurse & type.

Thank you for all the prayers for my sons' godparents' baby!
She is home from the hospital and doing much better.
The mom is struggling, though -- with breastfeeding and just the typical "new mom" hormones, etc. which seem overwhelming to her right now. Please say a little prayer for her still.an
She's 2000 miles away, so there's not much I can do except offer my prayers.
