Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Our 3 year old, Riley, has a severe speech delay. He can only say about 15 words. We are desperate to hear his voice. I feel like there are so many memories we have missed out on. You know how cute 2 and 3 year olds can be when they try to pronounce big words

He has recently been assessed and qualifies for a place at Early Intervention, which is 1-3 session a week with a teacher student ratio of 1:3. However the wait could be 6-8 months plus (so much for "early" intervention )

We have started the 54 day Miraculous Rosary novena. We are asking that Our Lady intercede for us for the grace of healing so that early intervention will not be needed so that a more needy child (ie. autistic) will receive his place. Thankfully Riley doesn't display any signs of ASD.

Would you please join with us and remember our sweet little boy in your prayers while we pray the novena for Riley?

Many thanks in Christ,

I can relate to this ..my lil guy will be 6 next month...and he gradually makes improvements. Hang in there, mom. I'm sure your son has brought joyful memories in other ways.
