There is a 15 month old little boy missing in the New Mexico desert. He has been missing since sometime early this morning.
His name is Richy Willis Brown.
He and his mom were driving through a remote part of NM near Roswell (about 45 miles away) late last night. She decided to stop and sort of camp under the stars. She fell asleep with him next to her and when she woke up a short time later he was gone. It was about 3 AM. She started looking for him and left pieces of clothing behind to locate the spot where they were (and possibly leaving a trail). She ended up half naked, walking all the way to the next town. No one has seen him since. There is NO cell phone service in that whole part of the state and very few cars at night.
Police have searchers out looking, helicopters, everything. Please pray that he is found safe and soon. It was a cool night and not too hot of a day but for a baby without water it isn't looking good. Not to mention the other hazards in the desert like scorpions, rattle snakes, coyotes.
Please, please pray for this little boy and his family.

I just read the news that this baby's body was found today. There are no details being shared with the news at this time. The information about his mother seems very strange (she was wandering around wrapped in just a blanket). This is so, so sad. Praying for his mother and any other family he may have.

Oh dear Lord, bring peace and healing. I have chills over this. I prayed for them today. May our Lady wrap her loving mantle on the family here and around the baby tonight in her arms.
