I just this morning did something to my back - and it is spasming and now I can hardly move.   . I was supposed to drive my daughter to a class, but I pretty much can't get up off the couch right now. I am just lying here with a hot pack on -- and it hurts! Could you say a quick prayer for me?

Laura,
I suffer from back pain as well. Try to alternate between ice and heat. My doctor has advised me to use ice mostly. 20 minutes on at a time every hour.
