Not the most serious thing in the world, but I've been suffering from a migraine on and off since Sunday night. It's coming back again now...

If anyone could spare a quick prayer for relief, I'd appreciate it. The children are being very understanding, but I'm feeling very neglectful.

Do you ever place a slightly damp kitchen towel full of ice cubes around the back of your neck? I find this very helpful.

Dear Elizabeth. I'm so sorry. I know all about migranes. I had one that lasted a whole month. Ice was about the only thing that helped, besides a 4 day stay at the hospital. I will be offering up our prayers for you. You'll be in my prayers through the night.
