We are considering going to the bank and finding out what our options would be as far as either adding on to our current home, or getting a bridge loan to buy another house that needs lots of work, but is just enough bigger to give us a little breathing space, plus it has more land. We could live in our current home and do the needed work before we move in. Then put this house on the market in a few months. I'm sort of leaving the decisions up to dh, but even though he wants a bigger place with a bigger yard, he is just sort of sitting on this and not acting. Just dreaming about what it would be like to have the other place. So...prayers for us, please.
