Hi all,
I was wondering if you all could keep baby and I in your prayers. I am due next week, and this will be my first VBAC, so I am a little nervous about things going well etc. since I don't know what to expect. Please pray also for all the little ones that will be babysat with their grandparents. There are so many, the grandparents will certainly need prayers. (There are also 1.5 year old twins!!!!) Thanks so much in advance. The baby's name will be Gabrielle, so I have started a novena to St Gabriel the Archangel for a safe and healthy delivery.

Oh, Kim--Saint Gabriel is one of my patrons during pregnancy too because of his involvement in the life of the Blessed Mother during hers. I have also read that he is traditionally considered the Guardian Angel of Jesus and protected Mary during those precious months that she carried Him in her womb. Gabrielle is a lovely name. I will be praying to this special saint for a very smooth delivery for you, and to your parents' guardian angels for their "challenges" (  ) too!
