I've been a member of an e-mail loop for avid readers since 1997 or so. One of our founding members, Celia, died of colon cancer after a five-year struggle. She was 48.

This group of friends is very, very close. We've never all met in the same place at the same time IRL, but many of us have traveled to meet each other. We've laughed and cried together and now we're saying goodbye to a dear friend.

Celia leaves behind a loving husband, children and extended family. Please pray for them.
