Nothing major... She and Will were horsing around and she took a frightul spill. She's split her labial frenulum - the little cord between gum and inner lip. Her lip is sore and swollen, she's clingy and in pain. Thank goodness she didn't break a tooth - we've had quite enough of those, thank you.

Sophie is doing better this morning, but is a little fearful of biting down. She tried to bite into a banana last night and re-opened the wound - poor thing. It stung awfully. Silly Mama didn;t think yo cut everything up into tiny pieces. After that she went one fairly well. She is unable to drink from a bottle or sippy cup, so we're helping her with an open cup.

It's a blessing to be able to nurse, cuddle, and dote on "Little Miss Independent". Thank you all so much for your prayers, I'm sure it saved my sanity. Each time one of the kids gets hurt, it's like the end of the world for me!

Thank for the reminder to use arnica! Like I said - I get totally scattered when there is an injury. My darling husband Brian is the cool head and head nurse here.
