Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Could anyone explain to me how weight watchers uses the internet to support people in their quest for losing weight?

In fact, does WW use the internet? or is it only in person?

Helen, I'm using WW online. It's great! I have a HSing friend locally who's lost about 75 lbs. with WW online. If you got to weightwatchers.com you can do an online tour to show you how it works. It has a learning curve but it's been really great for me. I think they have a free week trial right now I saw advertised on TV.

I've lost about 15 lbs. since last year but I"ve not been consistent. I had lost 20 lbs but I put back on some over the fall and the holidays. So I"m trying again to get back on the wagon!

HTH!

Joanna,
I'm interested in the use of the internet as a motivator. How do they accomplish that?
Is it a board like this?
Do you ask for help?
Are there awards? Rewards? What kind?
THanks for the help
