Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I need opinions on your favorite cheese grater. Mine broke. I had one of those crank ones and I had to press down really hard on the cheese. Very much cheese was left over that could not be grated. What I liked about it is that it had three *heads*: one that grated soft cheese, one that grated hard cheese, and a slicers (didn't use that one too much). I hope to find an efficient, easy-to-use one that's not too expensive. I also would like one with different sized graters/heads.

Thanks,

Tina, I like Microplane. I have their citrus zester and really like it. Here is a grater that comes with interchangeable heads (but is temporarily out of stock).

Tina,
I also have one of the crank graters as you described. Mine still works, but I rarely use it anymore. I also have a Zyliss rotary grater. In fact, I have more graters than I know what to do with!

I received a Mircoplane grater, and I love it. I use it for all of my hard cheeses and it works so much better than my Zyliss. For my other cheeses, I just use a hand held grater and a little elbow grease (or a willing child).
