Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Please share your favorite magazine for healthy recipes (like good fats like Med. diet or heart-healthy diet).

A long time ago I enjoyed Cooking Light. Is that still a good choice? any others?

Thanks.

Kelly, Cooking Light is by far my favorite. We've been cooking recipes from the website for 1 1/2 years now--ever since my husband had a heart scare and needed to loose weight. I like the website better than the magazine because the recipes are rated. We only make 5 star recipes and have only been disappointed once! We've hosted many dinner parties where every single recipe is a Cooking Light recipe. Everyone always loves it.

Can you tell I like it ?

I won't recommend Vegetarian Times. Although I enjoy it, the recipes are always MUCH higher in calories and fat than I expect a vegetarian recipe to be.

Dear Molly and Rachel,
Thanks for the tips. I'll keep Cooking Light on my Favorites List.

Thanks,
Kelly
