Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Has anyone ever used one of these?

If not, can anyone recommend one? I want one where we can go hiking (not long ones) in comfort for both of us.

i think when danielle bean was doing a poll about baby carriers, the ergo came in 2nd or so. my girlfriend has one and loves it. i bought a kelty but wish i had gotten the ergo instead. i have never heard a complaint about the ergo, just rave reviews.

I have a friend with back problems that uses the ergo.. says it's the only carrier she's ever used that doesn't hurt. But she also hasn't used for instance the Kelty backpack carriers.. which I love but they're for older babies that have good headcontrol (6 months +)

I've never used an ergo, but I use a wrap daily for back carries, front carries, side carries, etc... I LOVE the versatilty of the wrap and it's always very comfortable.    www.mobywrap.com www.ellaroo.com or just make your own from about 5 yard of cheap fabric!
