Do any of you know anything about Juice Plus? A mother in our homeschool group who is recovering from inflammatory breast cancer is singing the praises of these supplements/vitamins and they sound terrific. I even found that Dr. Sears recommends them and uses them himself. What do you all know or think about these? Does anyone already use these products? Testimonials welcome! Thanks!

Dear Jennifer,

Just last night a friend invited me to a party about that. Run a search on that and you will find a criticism on it (maybe type in criticism+juice+plus). Essentially, what's so great about fruits and veggies is the fiber and that you are filling up on things other than fat and protein. Juice plus does neither. It's also a mult-level marketing type of company, just so you know. I concluded, for our family, to continue eating fruits and vegetables and not spend money on that kind of a supplement.
