She and her husband talk to your dh at a swim meet the day before Father's Day, and he happens to hear that she is making a homemade keylime pie for her husband for Father's Day. Said dh mentions how much he LOVES keylime pie. (Hopefully he doesn't mention that the only keylime pies served in his house are the kind one finds in the frozen food section of the local grocery store.

)

She then makes plans to make an extra pie just for him and invites the entire family over for Father's Day dessert. Delicious!

It was fun having you all over last night! It is wonderful to have good friends in the neighborhood.

I will start a new thread later with the Key Lime Pie recipe, it is pretty easy!
