I just signed up for Netflix and I have a question. When you request a series with more that one DVD, do they send all the discs at once and count it as one or do they send each disc individually.
I requested the Miss Marple collection vol.1, a two disc set, but only received disc 1. Is this the norm or did I do something wrong when filling out my queue?

It will most likely count as 2 seperate selections. That's how it has worked with us. With multiple disc sets, when you click "Add to my Queue" it will generally ask if you want all of the disks added or just the one. Look on your queue and see if it has both discs listed as selections or if you have to add the second seperately.

And yes, they will only send one disc at a time as they pull from your list- not the whole set.
